By taking the first step and letting us know you’re interested (in the sidebar), you’ll:
That's it. Once we receive your info, Kelly Moore, our Head of Talent, will review your info. If there seems to be a match or not, Kelly will connect with you and let you know.
If there is, she’ll schedule a short Video Call to get to know you personally. If you both agree there’s alignment with your interests and ours, she’ll ask you to come and meet with us in person. Typically, you’ll meet with 2-3 of our senior staff. If it’s right for you and we agree, we’ll ask you to join us!
We get about 100 people interested in each opening and typically about 10 or so are asked to have a closer dialog. Out of those 10, we’ll invite 3 or so to come meet with us. Usually, we’ll make an offer to only one person. The other 90 some odd people that took their time to show interest are not forgotten.
Everyone that shares an interest in DonoVision is important to us and will be contacted!
Our goal is matching people with great companies and career paths. If you’re not asked to conduct a Video Call, it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong, it only means we haven’t found a role that’s right. You’ll have 7-8 careers in your life on average. We know you’re picky and want to help make it rewarding.
When you contact us with your interest, you’ll be added to our group of amazing contacts and we’ll periodically send you details about learning and career advancement opportunities. This may be events to check out, ideas to consider, job alerts, that sort of thing. Of course, you can opt out any time.
Industry data tells us that 92% of employees will consider an offer if it’s made by a reputable company with learning and career advancement potential. Every company we work with will represent all of these traits. We hope you stick around to see who they are and what they’re up to. We’ll be sure to keep you informed.
